About Dr. Forde

As a registered and licensed nurse, Dr. Forde has earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Curriculum, and Instruction from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, she earned a Masters in Nursing with a Clinical Nurse Specialist track from the State University of New York and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn.

To add to her qualifications, Dr. Forde is also currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Long Island University as well as the AND at a city hospital in Brooklyn.
